Bill, the management system is a great place for this information IF it is easy to get it into the system AND it is easy to find. Glad you like the way Hawksoft does it.

We use a program named Phone Slips. Used it for many years. Does so much more than keep underwriting information. Their phone number is 1-520-884-8698.
We use it for inter-office memos to each other. Phone messages. In-Out box. Phone List. Scheduler. Schedule an Appointment. Post a Bulletin for all the agency to see. Call log. File Cabinet for all to see or Personal only. Chat box. Time Card. Search.
We use it all day long, every day.
Dick, including this additional information, is a good suggestion. I suspect you might want security around who would be able to access that information.
Quite surprised this did not have any reference to contingent info i.e., Minimum premium requirements, Loss ratio and other specific info related to that company.
