LinkedIn has now improved LinkedIn Stories by allowing you to add web links to your stories.
Add the Swipe Up Feature to Your LinkedIn Story
Adding web links to your stories is a small and essential addition. Adding web links to your LinkedIn Stories is easy.
The swipe up feature allows you to direct your viewers to additional content on your website or another platform.
Important: The swipe up feature is only available to:
- LinkedIn Pages
- Members who have at least 5,000 connections or followers and the Follow button as the primary action on their profile (instead of Connect)
To add the swipe up feature:
- Add a photo or video to your Story.
- Tap the link icon at the top.
- Add the URL under Add a link.
- Select the appropriate action button.
- Tap Done.
Note: You can tap Edit Link to modify your link or Preview Link to see what your viewers will see when they swipe up on your Story.
Tap Share Story.
Encouraging people to get additional content is a great way to use LinkedIn to make more connections.
