Please provide a date by which you will need any required handout material and the preferred format. All handout material will be provided in a PDF format unless otherwise specified and e-mailed to you as soon as it is available.
The speaking honorarium should be available at the end of the event. The check should be made payable to:

Audio/Visual Requirements
I travel with my own computer. You will be responsible for providing:
- An LCD projector with a projection screen, 8 foot by 8 foot minimum, tall enough for all participants to see over the heads of fellow participants.
- A heavy gauge extension cord with at least two extra power outlets under speaker’s table for video projection unit and laptop computer.
- I don’t use a podium. In addition to a table for the LCD projector please provide a “high top” or tall cocktail table to be placed next to the projector. I will use this for my laptop.
- Most of these presentations utilize real-world examples from the Internet. Please make sure that some type of Internet access is available during the presentation. This can be either wired or wireless access, whichever is most convenient.
Please contact me if you have any questions or need any additional information.
